Industrial Flooring

Industrial flooring is a type of floor finish that’s used in large facilities like warehouses, production halls, and logistics centers. It’s durable and can withstand heavy loads, high and low temperatures, and mechanical damage

“Industrial flooring” refers to a number of continuously interlinked floor slabs of poured concrete construction and used mostly within industrial settings. Conventional industrial concrete flooring, a typical flooring used in industries, has features like being tough, wear-resistant, traffic-resistant or they can support great loads. However, their aesthetic appeal is not very impressive.

Roller Coating

  • Roller coating may refer to the process by which a brazing paste is applied on the surface of an object using a roller.
  • This automated and cost-efficient process is most effective for surfaces having large tolerances, non-flat contours, and those surfaces that require very close tolerances on the joint gap.
  • There is very little intervention whereby components travel through the roller coating machine at an optimum rate.
  • Discussing the range of opportunities, roll coating appears to be one of the most effective techniques for applying coatings to metal components to protect or decorate them.
  • Since protective coatings are increasingly featured in metal processing and finishing, this process is essential.
  • Among all the variety of ways in which it is possible to apply a metal coating, roll coating is the most effective and frequently used.
